The Web Page Article
The article we had to read about how web pages are laid out was interesting. It all seems like common sense to have a structure that allows for easy navigation. The other article had some good points about how not to design your web pages. The over use of bold colors, sounds and hard navigation can lead to poor site design and loss of interest from people looking at the site. Sometimes simple is better.

Week 1
Advanced web 1 seems like it will be a worth while class to be in. So far I haven't run into too many snags when doing the week 1 homework. The only problem I had was in dreamweaver. I was trying to follow along with the tutorial and place ap div tags. My tags would not overlap. So I had to search around in the program for a while to figure out what was causing the problem. Finally I figured it out. When drawing ap div tags, make sure to have the prevent overlaps check box unchecked!
Almost done with week one's homework! ~yes~
